Philippians 4:13
I thought this was very fitting for sales reps.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perserverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Love God First
"We give attention to whatever we love the most. God wants to be first in our life (see Exodus 20:3). Jesus said, " Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment" (Matthew 22:37-38 NIV). . . . You can't afford not to spend time with God. Give Him your full attention, and MAKE A POINT TO OBSERVE ALL HE IS DOING FOR YOU." . . . and the Scripture verse; "Come and see what God has done, how awesome his works in man's behalf!" Psalm 66:5 NIV When I hear the words "make a point to observe all He is doing for you", I am reminded of my days as I walk with the Lord and give thanks. The expression being "blessed" these days seems overused. At times I agree because I feel many people say these words without truly reflecting on the magnitude of the words. It's almost a habit or it sounds spiritual. Let's face it. Everything we have in this world is a gift from God. We can roam through life and occasionally give thanks and perhaps really focus on Thanksgiving, or we can give thanks all the time. I reflect on my life, particularly in the past 5 five years and it is an absolute miracle how God has impacted my life and how he has bailed me out from many treacherous situations. For me, regardless of my present situation, I give thanks to God because I am indebted to Him for everything in my life I am "blessed" with. I suggest you give thanks in all situations, for your relationship with God, for Christ dying on the cross for us, for your physical life, your salvation, your family, you children, your businesses, your business and every thing…..all the time. Be renewed
"If you are weak in faith, in mind, in body, in discipline, in self-
control, or in determination, simply wait on God. He will be strong
through your weakness, Isaiah 40:31 teaches that if you expect God,
look for Him, and hope in Him, you will change and renew your strength
and power. . . . The Bible doesn't say "hope so, it could be, or it
may be"; it declares that you will be renewed."
. . . and the Scripture verse; "God selected. . . what the world calls
weak to put the strong to shame. . . so that no mortal man should boast
in the presence of God." 1Corinthians 1:27-29

Take chances today and invest in someone else's life
"Take chances today and invest in someone else's life, especially if
God tells you to do so. . . . Jesus died to give everybody a chance.
Not everyone takes advantage of His provision, but we all have an
equal opportunity to enjoy the abundant life. . . . Give thanks that
you are able to give, and then do whatever God tells you to do."
. . . and the Scripture verse; "The wicked borrow and pay not again,
but the righteous deal kindly and give." Psalm 37:21
Isn't this what we are all about …..giving back to the Kingdom? We
have specific instructions from God to do this. I particularly love the
part "give thanks that YOU ARE ABLE TO GIVE". Consider those
who have a strong desire to give but for one reason or another,
whether it is financial or something more significant, they simply
cannot. I can think of my rep in Nigeria who financially cannot afford
to give back at this time in his life while earning only $40 per month,
although he wants to. I believe we are all here for a reason, and that
is God wants us here to prosper and give back what is not ours to
begin with.
Have a great weekend and look around for those opportunities to GIVE
BACK.

Success principles alone will not work in your life if...
Here is a scripture verse which may have an impact on your life.
"Success principles alone will not work in your life if you don't spend
time with God, allowing His Holy Spirit to be your Counselor and to
give you revelation and understanding of what to do each day. . . .
Learn to seek God's face and not His hand all the time. Then keep your
hands open and be ready to receive from Him. God is good; you can
trust what He speaks to your heart to do."
"Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out,
that times of refreshing may come from the Lord" Acts 3:19
