Let God Strengthen You

We need to be strengthened physically, mentally, and emotionally. We need to be strong so we do not fall apart every time we have to face some situation we had not planned on. Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever. . . . We can be strengthened and renewed by drawing strength from God, by exercising our faith, and by doing what He tells us to do." . . . and the Scripture verse; "My life dissolves and weeps itself away for heaviness; raise me up and strengthen me according to Your Word" Psalm 119:28 Although strengthening ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally is critical for us on a daily basis, what is even more significant in our lives is that we be spiritually strong. In the book of Ephesians, the apostle Paul wrote to the people of Ephesus, a major city in Asia near the Aegean Sea. The church of Ephesus served as an example of establishing a community of faith in an increasingly urban and fallen world. He warned them of the vast forces of evil doing battle against God and his people and advised what we must be spiritually strong. "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms". Ephesians 6:12. These biblical principles directly apply to our business. Strengthening ourselves spiritually and putting on the full armor of God will prepare us for situations we had not planned on and protect us in advance. As we go through challenges in our business on a daily basis, draw close to God, be strong and allow the Word of Truth to strengthen you in everything you do.
